If the customer wants to change or cancel the reservation, he must do it in a written form (e-mail or fax). Modification includes change in the number of passengers, or the start and/or end date of service, at least 30 days before arrival. If it is not possible to modify the reservation, and the passenger cancels the confirmed reservation, some solutions can be suggested. Any kind of change within 30 days prior to the arrival date or during the use of the reservation is considered a cancellation.

For cancellations, the accommodation unit "Ibolja Apartments" has a right to withhold the entire amount of payment paid by the passenger to confirm the reservation.
